We decided this year too, to produce together with our pastry chef, the 2021 edition of Venetian Craft of Locanda Capolago. Two unmissable limited edition versions, 99 pieces per type.
The Christmas’Edition, with light dough, scented with honey and citrus, soft apricots and hazelnuts glaze.
The Black Edition, with chocolate dough, scented with vanilla and cinnamon, stuffed with pears and hazelnuts glaze.
First choice butter, selected flours, sugar, fresh eggs and dried fruits complete the list of ingredients of this soft traditional dessert of yeast dough. Created at the beginning of the fifteenth century, it is designed with a dough based on sourdough, worked for 48 hours with love and passion, and finally gently cooked at temperature controlled at 96 degrees.
We offer the two versions in an elegant box, to be enjoyed with family or as a Christmas thought for friends and relatives.
