This is driven by our attention to raw materials and the study of ingredients.
We begin the selection process by assessing the producer’s knowledge and carrying out a thorough company visit where each product is sampled, in order to choose the ones to use in the dishes. In this way, a solid relationship is established with the supplier, and they in turn become our quality partner.
We define our kitchen as a “smart” kitchen due to the respect we have for the raw materials, and as we use modern cooking techniques to preserve the quality and freshness of the food.
Many years of research and experimentation have led us to become fully proficient using the vacuum-packing technique. This technique is used throughout our production cycle to optimally guarantee the food’s properties, from a health and hygiene perspective.
